For this assignment, Students will present a case of a patient seen in practicum to discuss the history of the present illness, pertinent history, focused assessment, diagnosis, and plan of management. Please review the requirements for a billable note, including at least 7 qualifiers, a brief past medical and surgical history, and your plan of care. The video should be between two and three minutes long and should not exceed three minutes.

Includes presentation of HPI, pertinent PMH, PSH, Social History, Medications, ROS, PE, Labs/Diagnostics
List of Differential Diagnoses (At Least 3) and Final Diagnosis, Including Appropriate ICD-10 Codes.
Management/Treatment plan is appropriate and based on current guidelines. Appropriate explanations are provided.
