The survey I created seeks to analyze how the overlapping symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, and hormonal fluctuations uniquely affect women, aiming to raise awareness and empower them to better understand, recognize, and advocate for their mental and physical health needs in medical and mental settings. By gathering responses from 24 women and reflecting on my own experiences, my research aims to gather some information to gain more insight on where our knowledge lies in terms of our mental health. I hope to empower women to recognize symptoms, advocate for themselves in medical settings, and access the appropriate care and resources they need for their mental and physical health.
